“Typical calls/day” depends on average call length.

If calls average ~5 minutes, Growth suits most sole traders covering ~6–7 calls/day,

and Premium Lite covers ~10 calls/day.

Startup & Go-live (one-time) 

We don’t “switch it on”. We set it up properly for your trade and your diary rules:

  • Custom voice personality design

  • Workflow integration (calendar, SMS)

  • Dedicated UK number (provided as part of the service)

  • Go-Live testing and handover

  • Full technical configuration

For a higher volume of calls, or integrations such as:

  • WhatsApp Business

  • HubSpot or other CRMs

  • Custom quoting / invoicing workflows

We will discuss it with you properly to provide a clear monthly quote.

​Commitment discount

​Growth: 6-month commitment → £0 startup fee

Premium Lite: 12-month commitment (payable monthly) → £0 startup fee + 2 months free, applied as credit immediately to months 2–3

Automatic scaling (no interruptions)

If you go over your plan limits (voice minutes or outbound SMS segments) we’ll move you to the next tier from the next billing cycle. If usage drops, you can downgrade on the following cycle. No penalties, no surprise invoices — just the next tier when usage increases.

What is an SMS segment?

Networks charge for SMS in "segments" (chunks). A “segment” is one chunk of an SMS that mobile networks bill.  
“SMS allowance is measured in segments (message length dependent). We’ll always design templates to minimise segments.”
A short text is usually 1 segment. Longer texts (especially with long links) can count as 2–3 segments and cost more.

We keep messages short and uses short links to stay close to 1 segment whenever possible.

Vendor usage fees may apply and are billed at cost (or cost + handling, where agreed).

  • CRM integration (e.g., HubSpot): £199/mo (Setup £1,000)

  • Jobber integration: from £249/mo (Setup from £1,250)

  • ServiceTitan integration: from £349/mo (Setup from £1,750)

  • Custom invoicing/quoting workflow: £399/mo (Setup from £2,500) (major changes quoted separately)

Add-ons can be attached to Growth, Premium Lite, or Premium (Tailored).
